The driver does not seem to have a graphical user rmu, but works fine on my system with NaP3 for sampling rates up to K. Things were so much simpler back then The driver is now more robust when the sample rate changes during audio playback or recording.

If it only powers from the USB port, be sure nothing else is on the port. Creative Labs Creative Sound Doesn't seem to be any development of driver post that operating system release http: Driver Beta Driver Application All.

But I can't find any specific advice for this problem. Some have reported selecting XP Compatilibility mode, while others didn't. Follow Larry's instructions for defaulting the sample rate to K in Windows mixer setup and set the output to something other than the EMU in NaP3 setup and it should work well. When I try to open my sound device properties control panel it is non wun7, crashes and tells me that Windows Shell Common DLL 002 not responding.
